Facebook Makes It Simpler To Keep Junk Out Of Your News Feed

_facebook_Users will manage to more effortlessly hide people from their News Feed

Facebook is carrying on CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s imagine turning the social networking website into “the perfect, personalized newspaper for everyone in the world” by offering users more control over their particular News Feed.

The company is adding the latest News Feed settings page which will show users that people and pages they connect to most frequently and those they’ve lately unfollowed, Facebook announced Friday. The change will permit users to more easily include and delete people and pages in the News Feed based on user interest. The feature is on the mobile and desktop versions on the site, and will come towards the Facebook app within the arriving weeks.

Users can also utilize gray arrows that appear from the top right corners of posts to hide stories they’re not interested within reading. Then, they can select whether they’d like to see less from that man or woman or unfollow them altogether.

Earlier this season, Facebook announced it would start out cracking down on clickbait and hyperbolic headlines in News Feed links by evaluating the amount of time users spent reading a web link and whether they were being liking and sharing it.
